    samsung lc-60le831u 2 blink question

This came into my place after a wind storm with the two blink code. I could not get it to reset and last more than a couple of seconds. I found one bad led strip in this tv and replaced it. I still get 1 short and 1 long blink but now I can at least reset it and get the tv to work. The only problem I have is if it is unplugged I have to do it all over again. I would love to get into the service menu but with this problem it is impossible. I have read some of the thread's on similar TV's on this forum and understand the blink code to be a bad power supply but when I reset it and test the voltages on the p.s. they are all good. I am more inclined to believe bad main board and was wondering if any one has any thoughts on this.

And you need to reset the fault in the "k" menu I believe not just bypass it. By two blink do you mean One long One short ?

Sorry, wrong pictures. I am averaging 5 TV's a day to troubleshoot and I am the only tv/tablet and cell phone tech so I get in a hurry. And the comments about meth are not really appreciated and not necessary on this forum. Yes one long and one short and I can not get into the service mode since I am supposed to unplug the tv to do it.

Also not necessary to call it a samsung when in fact it is a sharp.
I am also the only tech here and do more then 5 tv's a day but still know the difference between meth and...um,I mean between samsung and a sharp and\or pictures of the bloody dog or a pcb.

                    • Prior owner tried a replacement main board. No difference.
                    • Samsung 2x red blinking standby LED = panel fault
                    • Jumpered FB_TRDY_1 (pin 1 CN1300 left. main tcon->left side buffer boards) and FB_TRDY_3 (pin 95 CN1301 right. main tcon->right side buffer boards) This allows testing individual T-Con (on main board) connection to panel on this Samsung. Found fault on left side (viewing from rear of TV)
                    • Each side has 2 buffer boards, disconnected left side flex between 2 buffer boards. Fault is on the left most board.
                    • Tape masking eventually isolated to CN1300 pin 15 (CKV4_GOA) Display
