Startup Problem with Samsung LED tv

Hi guys got a nice 39 inch LED tv model UE39F5300AK now problem is when i turn it on light blinks 10 times before a long steady led then flashes and repeats cycle. I have tried another similar board in the tv but screen was upside down so figured it to be mainboard fault. Was wondering if it could be firmware issue and if so is there a way to force a firmware update to it or reset EEPROM ??

any help is appreciated and will update post on the fix.

Can you rotate the picture in the service menu with the replacement board?

Yes i done that. I went into engineer menu and done a factory reset and the picture came on screen the correct way. Thank you.
