    Samsung CRT TV /KS3A/ - Wont'power up

    Hi all. This is my old tv, model:cw-21c7wg

    1. Chassie :ks3a
    2. CPU -SDA555X
    3. Memory 24c08
    4.Vertical LA7845
    5. RGB Amp -TDA6111Q

    The tv wont start up. I don't have any indication on led lamp. The tv work only one time every month (i know this is crazy) and after that is the same. Transformer have some sound like '' bjjjjjjjjj'''. All capacitors are good, all transistor are good, all diod also are good.

    I see the service manual, and i have some quastions.

    1. I check IC903 (3.3V regulator) i don't have ''V'''
    2. I check D801 and D811, they are fine
    3.Check IC804 /78r05 voltage regulator/, i don't have V
    4. Check R828 and D805, they are good

    I need help, what can i do....

    Check fuse FA802S (5 Amp)

    Have you checked all the fuses ?

      how do you know the caps are good?
      change c808 47uf 50v - and use a decent part.

        Hi. Thanks for fast answers. All fuses are good. I check 90% of all caps by the ESR meter, and the are perfect. Before 2 minutes the tv run again, but i know this is for the night may be. Why work somethimes??? Here is a little clips. The sound of transformes may be is not good. OK, i'll change C808.

          Hm, i changed C808 and you can see the picture. The ESR tester says ''bad/damage''. I hope c808 is my problem...
