Is this another bad Samsung D series screen?
Or is their some hope for it?

Possibly a tab bond issue you can sometimes repair them i know budm has fixed a couple that have lasted a long time.

Panel failure not fixable.

Thanks, I've had two of these before and both broke my heart. I couldn't get either to act stable, so probably not worth the effort.
