Panasonic TC-P54G25 13 blinks

well hurricane matthew hit me last week and power surges were abundant. killed my surge protector and my TV. The tv is a few years old but worked great until this. When I powered it up the remote wouldn't work and I had to manually push the button on the side. I can hear clicking in the back as if its coming on but the screen is unresponsive. and after the 3 min it just shuts off from no use.

what info do I need to give you guys and what should I look for in order to fix this?

I would suggest on all that A-board. If you can't find one PTS ELECTRONICS refurb.
Need to match the correct revision board as each size has a different version

so when I pop the back off will the board be labeled "A-board" sorry I haven't had a chance to take the panel off yet to do any inspecting.

can you post an image of your board including any stickers on it?

just an update, got my board back after sending it to PTS electronics and it works great, watching it now. quick turnaround and works as intended. i do wish they would have said what was wrong with it lol.

yeah, well, if they did that you'd be squealing about it and we'd all know how to fix it.

Can't blame them for withholding corporate knowledge

yes sir, $95 and it was back i think a week from the day i shipped it off. happy to have my large viewing device back haha!
