Panasonic TH-58PZ700U White Section upper right - bad panel?

Greetings all -

My first non-intro post!

From what I found on other posts, this is most likely a bad panel? Would you all agree? Seems a bit too specific a region. This isn't my TV, just trying to triage one before I spend any more time on it!

Possibly bad connections could be fixable.

Black band is on right = panel.

It might just be the connections Ive had that loads of time of Panasonic's as they are removable. I would say reseat the connections first before tossing it.
