Toshiba 46XV545U no picture no backligth

I have no 24v on inverter on the power supply...it just reads 3.19v on the 24v out to inverter.
The t-con it's cold not showing picture even if I point a flash light to see if there image none....

On the inverter connection on each pin I should have 24v and am reading 3.19v on the 4pins....and at the bottom of the green power supply theres o connection of =>

How much DC V is on the main filter capacitor on the primary side of the PSU when the TV is turned on? Careful, there can be close to 400V on that thing!
Post some high resolution, straight shot pictures of the top and of the bottom of the PSU. So we can see details. Those you posted are not that good.

You have two power supply boards, the small brown board one and the large green board one.
Do you hear the relays on the large power supply board kick on?

How much DC V do you get on that big brown 450V capacitor with the TV on?

I test the large cap on ac were the red lead (+) black lead (-)..
Results .005 ac...???

No...Your meter has to be on the DC scale.....750Vdc

Sorry I screwed up.....I mean 3.55v but it's going up slowly DC volts.

Check resistor r850 on the main power supply to see if it still show very low resistance, PDF page 4 of the SCH I provided.

Man, you have to ask that? You should know that by now on how the resistance should be tested, no power applied to anything you are working on when testing the resistance, and if the result does not look right then at least one leg of the resistor should be lifted off the board and retest the resistance again.

Found the problem 2 caps were bulge from the battom on the sub main power board it's the second power supply that feeds the main board.....

On the side of the blue cap they were 2 caps bulge from the battom....the white resistor it was bit low of( 1.8 resistance to 0.5ohms did change both things and now it works fine...
