Client brought in this TV, it got hit w/a lightning surge. When you plug it, relays click. Hit power button, more relay clicking, but nothing on screen. The red power led is steady on and both green leds on the SC and SS boards are steady lit. Initial check of the Vsus, Ve, etc are all within parameters according to the service manual I have.
What should I test for next? I am assuming one of the smaller boards is bad?
