BAD Chinese supply of 30F131 IGBTs

Just in case anyone else is having issues I have received a bad batch of 30F131 from UTSOURCE and also Cole Lin in china.

the title of the thread may lead people to think it's about the boards but it's about the bad supply.

Toshiba japan have requested images of the product. Will update if they respond to these images.

i can tell, i have very good experiences with TOSHIBA Japan with their support and feedback .. 100% better than any regional Toshiba.

They're going to be fake for sure, but interested to see how it gets handled.

for fake, NO WAY. Japanese In general and especially Toshiba use this acts of Lie or fake answer to use. unless its really set out of stock and i hope they will guide you where you can order them.
