LG 42SL80YD Backlights nothing else
Backlights come up. Soft-touch controls and associated LEDS work OK. No sign of any type of menu texts. After the backlight coming on full it drops to about ½ intensity with what I think looks like a duller section through vertical middle of the panel. Then after about 15 seconds the backlights start to strobe.
I haven't opened her up yet but wondered what people would look towards as the likely fault scenario. Mainboard?
