Samsung Plasma PN64D8000FFXZA No Pix after hot, audio OK

Removed PSU BN44-00447A and found obvious bad solder connect
on TS802S transformer. Soldered any / all suspect connects and test.
    Solid fix !

    Hi Terryfictv,

I have exactly the same trouble with the same board on the same TV. The solder connects of the two transformers are bad and made the PCB to turn like burn locally. Did you fix your board and therefore your PCB just by soldering back properly the transfo? Or did you find any other bad issues with the electronics?

Thank you very much for sharing your experience in this.
    Wish you a nice day

    A.K.

Help troubleshooting an audio problem with an RCA SGT-250 CED Player
      by samson7point1@yahoo.com
The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.

The player processes the audio signal using two different reference frequencies. The "R"...

      Samsung Plasma PN43D450A2D No Power
      by CDNBrewer
      Hello, I have a Samsung Plasma TV - Model # PN43D450A2D

This was my parents TV and the initial symptoms were that the display was hard to turn on with the display making various clicking noises until one day it would not turn on anymore.

I took a look and found a couple 1000uF capacitors (i believe on the low voltage size) that had leaked out their electrolyte and did not test well on a tester. I replaced them but still no dice.

When the TV is plugged in, there is no clicking, LED status lights (on PCB boards or the front display) and the power on button...
