coby TFTV4028 main board poblem blue ligth

i have a coby tv tftv4028 and main board is the problem and i cant find the board any where.....theres three types of boards....the one that i have is 002-FV40-2810-00R with AU Optronics T400HW03 panel.......my question is can i replace it with 002-FV40-2813-00R it has the same panel....

Coby 002-FV40-2812-00R for Samsung LTZ400HF21-W01 panel
Coby 002-FV40-2810-00R for Samsung LTA400HM02 panel
