On THE xboard, if i check the vs pin Where arrive the cable from the psu i read 196.3 kohms, if i check it on the connector Where i must plugin the second part of the X board, i haven't reading, always out of range

What about X ? That reading on the Y is normal.

Sorry if i boring you, but i don't understand what kind of test i must to do...
With all disconnected on y board red probe in vs pin and black probe on chassis, with dmm in diode mode... Its right?

Is correct my test?

Red probe in vs anD black in chassis, i read 17.50 kohms

ok them it's Normal that there isn't vs if y-board aren't connected... At this point there is another problem in y board

The power supplies in these are load variant meaning if the Sus boards are not connected they wont fire the Vs and Va. You need to check both Y and Xmain for S/C as they are connected together and one can kill the other.

I finish the idea with this tv... ...

I change on the xboard 4 transistors... I checked all the diodes all the resistors, all the caps... And i haven't va and vs.... The problem isn't the power supply, because if i jumper vs with 5v i have the correctly V on the power supply...

With only the power supply, main board and xboard connected, the va and vs must be present? Or is another board that give the input on vs-on?

Take it out of circuit, go to ohms and test every leg in every direction. You should always read O.L on your meter in every direction except for 1 where you will read anywhere between 5 mega ohms to 15 mega ohms. When I say test every leg in every direction, I mean red on drain black on source, and then black on drain, red on source. Then red on drain black on gate, and same thing black on drain, red on gate. Finally red on gate, black on source and then black on gate red on source. Doesn't matter if you know which leg is which, as long as you don't get readings in the K ohms.

My problem is that there isn't drain gate anD source, but there are gate emitter and collector... Are the same with differen't names?
