This RCA ITC222 with horizontal nonlinearity that I can't center!

This is a RCA rear projection TV model D52W26YX2 bugging me lot.

Came in with popped pincushion circuit and slightly narrow raster. Pincushion stuff which I duly fixed rather easily with OEM parts and checked things more throughly due to stripped and overtightened screws, loose wires not in their places. Soooo...

When I saw shoddy job on the old repair (same problem and other items) then I realized I have a "many unknowns" of questionable parts (is it correct parts?). Also I need to do PROPER geometry and setting up 3 CRTs centering and make them perfectly vertical & horizontal via yoke and centering rings. That required convergence be disabled. That when I saw the problem that I'm struggling with ever since.

Green CRT is most critical to everything so I focus on that one first, the problem is horizontal non-linearity raster scan with right side pulled short of bezel that I cannot correct, left is stretched, right side is bunched up and fall short of the bezel to overscan. Far as I can determine this affected both red and blue as well.

This is possible I got a unit with wrong board or wrong component (especially fly and linearity coil. This has happened ONCE with one unit (CTC169 few years ago and luckily have correct board!

Can this possible also caused by incorrect B+ for horizontal circuit?
and how much for normal function? Mine measured 137V and I forgot what it was for a working ITC222, the service manual for once failed to have the voltage for THAT! :o

Oh yeah, this unit had a fake part as part of old repair, horizontal transistor so I replaced it with OEM part and I thought would fix that, nooo.

    SCORE!!

Got the tips from area manager for RCA and went over the list to check.

TL100 checks fine but whimpered when load is pulled through it. Another transistor got this fixed. This is in 480 on/off low current drive circuit to drive 2 power transistors. This changed the characistics of the horizontal yoke circuit just so that linearity coil is not matched to the "losses" and resulted in slightly narrow and nonlinear.

Samsung QN70Q6DTA Ghost or horizontal lines after tape fix horizontal line
      by Ihandyrepair
      Hi guys

I just started fixing 4k TV few months ago. so I am still learning a lot
I got this tv from friend complaint is ghosting or horizontal lines on image.

never saw the original symptom but I took the tv back home. the funny part is that after bringing to home, the tv worked fine no issue for 3 weeks.
then it started to show the ghosting white image.
I started using the tape method, but this tv does not have a T con board and it has only 1 ribbon cable from main board to the tv panel.
it has 3 thin small boards at the bottom of the...

Samsung UE70TU7100 - flickering horizontal lines
      by mrsith
      Hello again good souls.

Got an UE70TU7100. The TV starts up just fine, but right hand side of the screen is horizontal striped a bit, and there are some flickering horizontal lines on the whole length of the screen. I've seen similar static horizontal lines sometimes, when applying the cut tape method and covering wrong number of pins.

I've cleaned every connector with ipa, tried cut tape method on main LVDS ribbon as well as small ribbons, connecting the panel boards at the bottom. Tried squeezing the bezel and playing around COFs, but no reaction at all. COFs and...

Physically bending the T-Con board creates horizontal dotted lines on OLED55CXPUA
      by fredtred
      Hello!
I have been trying to solve this issue the past 12 months to no avail. I have been a lurker here during that time but finally decided to post my problem and see if anybody knows a solution.

      Problem
My tv (OLED55CXPUA) has an issue where it displays horizonal lines of dotted artifacts.

      (See Attachment 1)

      Self Diagnosing
After a very long troubleshooting period I traced the issue to the T-Con board. If I gently flexed/bend the board I could make the display go from GOOD to BAD and vice versa. I have ruled out the connectors/wires...

Good morning guys, I have this tv that have horizontal colored lines ( green, blue, black). I tried to disconnect the two ribbon cable on the t con, first the left side and then the right side. But the lines still are there…so I tried the tape method but didn’t work. Can someone help me to try to fix this tv. I give you the photo of the panel, and the panel with the left ribbon unplugged and then the right. Thanks for your help...

      Samsung UN46C8000XFXZA vertical bars/horizontal lines
      by x_orange90_x
I posted about this previously but didn't get any response, and I have some troubleshooted a bit so I have more info.

The screen is full of horizontal "gaps" or lines that distort the picture badly, and after about 10 seconds of powering it on the screen starts to fill with red vertical bars that take on the horizontal pattern. After the screen filled with the red bars, they instantly vanished and then slowly started to reappear. I initially thought it was tab bonding failure, but after getting down to them and pressing each one I find zero change in the picture. I went...
