    Panasonic TH-42PX77U

    Help needed to assess horizontal lines on screen. Upon first start up tv only had half of the screen working but after reseating the ribbon cables the most of the screen came back all but the places seen in the photos. Any help is appreciated.

    Panel to buffer-tabs still not fitted correctly. Re-seat.

      So I cleaned and reseated the ribbons. Now there are some random thin horizontal lines. Then it just shut off and now red light blinks 7 times. ??
