Sounds about right depending on what level is set in the mainboard but 210V is LO, 215 is HI.

Images of what the screen is doing especially, as you describe would help.

Powering on, sound and intermittent display then distortions sound like A-board could be at fault. The sc and ss boards watch for loose mounting screws or evidence of arcing at the grounding points. I suspect these will have the same screws as the 2011 models which arc under the boards.

could try either warming up or cooling the main ICs on the mainboard, could be failing solders under those?

those panel ribbons on the sd/su boards especially the SU, are they in right? SU looks really sus in that blurry picture. Look so crooked they're touching the chassis and compared to the SD , look wrong.

make sure the TV is off when adjusting those.

Lenovo Yoga 13 Panasonic, no video, fan OK, missing voltage rail (?)
          by jaroslav.psenicka
          Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Yoga 13 Panasonic here, when powered
          • both fans spins (the sconds starts with a bit of a delay), no image neither on HDMI nor the display
          • most voltage rails seem OK (see image below, red labels)
          • resistnace to ground mostly seem OK as well (blue labels)
the only suspicious is the 0.0V rail (2nd from left, top row)
          • the resistance to ground is rather low (1.9ohm)
          • when injecting the voltage (1V), it consumes around 200mA, seems OK to me (?)
also tried new BIOS, no change
I can't find a schematics for the board - can some of you gurus look at the voltages?...

Panasonic TC-P60S30 - no standby voltage
          by BobbyMJ
          Hi All,
Wanting to learn some electronics repair skills.
I found a non working Panasonic TC-P60S30 and this is my first project / attempt.

So far I have found a blown cap on the main power supply board.
After replacing it there's still no standby power.

Poked around and found a resistor on the PSUB power supply board that measures open.

An online resistor calculator shows this is a 93k ohm resister.

          My questions:

          Is that correct, 93k ohms?
          Is it a fusible resistor?
Lastly, how do I know what wattage?...

LG 49UJ6500 LCD panel lighter band that goes away
          by howardc64
49UJ6500 LCD panel has a lighter band on top when first powered on. Goes away (or gets much fainter) after TV on for a few min. After powered off for awhile and power back on, same band appears. If powered on immediately after powering off, no or much fainter band. Running the latest firmware.

Disassembled the TV and lifted the LCD panel during testing. Band is on the LCD panel (can see the band on the panel as I lift it slightly) Backlight is perfectly even at the top edge. Double checked LCD panel alignment in the frame and is perfect but since band moved with the panel, its on...

un60j620dafxza - Samsung No Display Problem
          by stylishconsultant
          Hi All,

          Need help.

I have a samsung un60j620dafxza led tv. When I plug it in it has no display, no sounds, and no standby lights.

So I opened the tv and disconnected the power to the mainboard and the backlight powered up. This according to many people says that this is a mainboard
problem. I checked the voltage coming from the stb and I read 1.3 volts on pins 1,3,5 and 7 which are low volts instead of 13 volts which i think the lcd panel
might be drawing too much power from the power supply that it prevents the right voltage going to the mainboard....

          QN55Q60R Service Menu Panel Help
          by Storyteller12
I had a the above tv qn55q60r that had a bad panel but everything else good. I had another panel here from un55nu6900 with bad leds and melted diffusers.

I put the nu6900 panel in and powered it up and it does work but there are lines vertical lines.

I was trying to change the panel type in the service menu but don’t see my exact panel. Anyway to fix this or someone have similar experience.

the clear picture is the panel type from the service menus on the nu6900. The other 1 is the panel type that was set for the q60r with the bad panel....
