Phillips 29PFL4908/F7: Squealing sound and not powering on.

This happened after the TV took a long ride in my trunk. I figure the vibrations must have shaken something loose or messed up a solder point but I have no clue where. It is making a high pitched squeal when I plug it in and will not turn on. All of the capacitors seem fine.

Do you have a DMM and know how to check for S/C aka short circuit ?

I can buy one tomorrow, I have used them before. Could you circle where to test or something like that?
