PDP-5070PU trap mode and no picture

I recently joined this forum and read an old post about the issue I am going through, I am stuck in the trap switch mode and do any get any screen glow, so the screen not lit at all. I opened the TV to fix the Ant A port that came off the board so I soldered it back and put everything together. Before I put the cover on I did try out to see if the Ant port would work(get signal) and from there the issue with the RED and BLUE lights. Also in the process I broke the D11 connector(actual latch type piece that holds the ribbon cable) from the main board to the CONTROL BOARD AWV2302-AWW1139(already ordered a new one). So I can still connect but not as sturdy as before. Besides the trap mode that could have set a code could anyone please let me know what it means if the screen is not lit at all when attempting to reset the trap switch. I thank you in advance.

    Unplug tv. Wait 20 seconds

    1. Press the display button on remote then release the display button.
    2. Wait between 3 and 7 seconds
    3. On the remote press and release the <, ^, <, >, and power buttons in sequence.
Panel will now turn on in service mode.
    4. Press muting button 3, 4 or 5 times until the display shows the initialize page.
    5. Press and hold the display button until the error indicator (red LED) on either the panel or the media receiver goes out.
    6. Exit service mode by pressing the power button on the remote.

This should work as I have made this mistake a few times myself lol

Did I leave the soldering iron on?

Stubborn GIGABYTE B365M AORUS ELITE - main PCIe x16 GPU port working only in x8 width mode
      by DynaxSC
      Hi,

I have this board, where I have exchanged the LGA1151 socket. During testing I discovered, that the large PCIEX16 slot won't by no force work in x16 mode, but keeps to work in x8 mode only.
I tested this with GPU-Z, also with Render Test (but tried also Furmark and Heaven Benchmark - no effect).
Tested on Core i5-9600K as well as on an Pentium G5420 and MSI NVIDIA GTX1070 and 2 other cards, including RTX3060Ti.
Board architecture definitely allows x16 mode, as all 16 PCIe lanes are present between CPU and main GPU slot (nearest to CPU).

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)
      by Tr0ll
Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

      Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

      First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...

HP Power Supply 6632A: Fast Mode vs Normal Mode?

      FAST MODE vs NORMAL MODE

I have recently acquired a HP 6632A DC power supply. I am just beginning to use it and I have been reading the manuals for it. It is the first power supply I have ever owned or used. I am a very beginner hobbyist and do not have an engineering background, as may be obvious by my question...

I can't seem to understand what the actual use is for the 'Fast Mode' or the 'Normal Mode' on the power supply. Although the manual states what the two modes do from a engineering/technical standpoint, I don't know enough to understand what it all means,...

Samsung TV model UE50TU: rebooting, backlight, sound, but no picture
      by TR103
      Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
      - sound and backlight, but no picture
      - when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
      - it keeps rebooting
      - without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
      - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
      - when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

      - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel and with a jumpered...
