Toshiba 22d1333 help required

Hi Guys
Have a toshiba 22d1333 tv dvd combi unit. It is completely dead apart from red and green flashing led on front of set.

Would any of you guys give me some pointers please?

Corrupt firmware from the sounds of it.

New mainboard, or if you can find it firmware recovery flash (not sure it public though)

Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

Firm ware corrupt. The flash is available from ohm supplies.

I spoke to Andy at Ohm supplies who was helpful until he asked if I had an account, now he will not respond to my emails. Can anyone help.
I have added PDF with Main board details to the thread.

Order the UPG20 Kit there is not Mboot out there for this board apart from that kit.
