    Intermittent Led Great ! 42LV4500

    Ahh another classic example of Led trash, this on will run the back lights and fail after they heat up. Looking at the Led return line one of the Led strips is going intermittent as the return voltage drops very low then the protection circuit engages and shuts down the backlight.

    Going to tear this apart tomorrow and find out whats going on, seen this type of failure on a Lg smart Led tv was a bitch to diagnoses the faulty Led or could be a lose wire never know ehy will let you know.

      Just an update:

      I found the led which was causing the issue, it visibly was partially cracked and when frozen with freeze spray would light. I replaced it with one from another smashed set and works great Anyone else had this issue ?

              I would like to get some help on a 820-2850 logic board with intermittent charging problem. Sometimes the battery will charge all the way and sometimes magsafe would be cycling between green and orange.

              I have already tried replacing dc-in board, swapping good battery, swapping genuine 85w chargers. None of that helps..

              when it is not intermittent:
              PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 12.07v

              when it is intermittent:
              When the light is green, PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 12.99v
              when the light is orange, PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_R is 11.62v

              Hi all, have a strangely behaving laptop that's giving me issues. It charges thru the barrel jack, but when I watch the battery indicator in BIOS, the charging indicator flickers off and on. When I plug the charger in, I hear hissing from around the area of L67050. I also had an intermittent issue where the fans weren't spinning up at all, allowing the CPU to reach 100C+ in BIOS and OS - this cleared itself up after I left it overnight but of course I don't trust that it'll stay that way. USB C charging works fine.

              Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated! If there's any...

              Hello Everyone,

              I have an Onkyo TX-SR353 Audio/Video Receiver (5.1 ch with HDMI) that I am having a really hard time diagnosing and I'm about to throw this in the junk and go buy a new unit that is on sale until the 7th.

              Symptoms:
              • Intermittent (part of the reason why i'm having a hard time isolating problem), sometimes will work for 10+h at a time without issue
              • Original symptom was wife reported loud banging noise (like someone was banging on the wall with their fists) from the LEFT SURROUND speaker and then the unit shut off.
