    Toshiba 32hl67u wont power on

    I have this TV and I cant find out what the problem may be. The power botton works, the stand by light and voltage are ok, I checked the lamps and transformers on the inverter board and they are also ok. On the first photo I show 4 boards, 1 is the power board, all caps seem ok, voltages coming out of it are all ok except for one, I have OL on the pin that should read 40v, the rest are all ok, I tried to take a photo but that close it did not work. I also disconnect the t-con board and it did not do anything, still a black screen. On photo 4 it shows there is a steady light on the bottom of board 3. The voltages coming out of board 2 to board 3 are also ok, if that voltage from 1 to 2 is wrong how can I have normal voltages coming out of 2 to 3? Is that possible?

      I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

      Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

      I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

      The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

      With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.
