    Toshiba 46SL863 won't turn on

    Hi guys,

    I have a Toshiba 46SL863 which won't turn on.
The LED in front of the TV is red. On the Main PCB, next to the heat sink, a LED is shining green.
Sometimes the green LED is turning off then on again. It sounds like the CPU or something is active.
The TV doesn't react to the remote or touch buttons.

I can't see any blown capacitors or fuses...

Trying to measure the voltages now.
    5V OK

I don't know how to measure 24V LED and 12V..
It looks like the TV doesn't get voltage on PSON pin..?

    Any ideas?

I got the feeling that the TV doesn't get the PowerOn Signal. Can I simulate that so the PSU gives 12V and 24V?

There are labels on that small white connector of the power supply board that goes to the main board. Please report the DCV reading of EACH PIN WITH THE PIN NAMES next to the reading so we can see what signals or Voltages are missing when the TV is OFF and when the power switch is activated.

I think this is what you mean.
There are two connectors from the PSU to the mainboard.
This is what I measure: (while TV is off, can't turn it on)

PJ90 (left chart in the picture):
            GND_SOUND to 24V_SOUND: 0V
            GND to 12V: 0V

            PJ91 (right one):
            24V_LNB to GND: 0V
            GND to 5V: 5V

Is there anything else I should measure?
            Thank you for your answer

PJ91 has the labels for ALL the pins, I need the DCV readings of all the pins except the GND pins.

I measured every pin of PJ91 and I only get 5V from 5V to GND, everything else is 0V
Or does it still have to be connected to the mainboard?

                Thanks

Everything will have to be connected back together to allow the main board to send the control signals back to the power supply board.
