samsung tv problem

Hi I have a ps43d450 model TV. The problem is I changed somthing in the service menu which i think it was something called the t-con setting. And since i did that the remote want work with TV and there is no red light at bottom of tv. But the TV comes on and i get a picture. I tryed reseting the eeprom and the banner showed up which was expected to but it is up side down thats how far i can get with the TV its asking to press ok to enter service menu but the tv remote does not work with the Tv any more please help

In this case you need to write the eeprom or the nand flash memory again with a programmer or service interface. You can try with a blank eeprom first.

Try updating the firmware by USB.
You should be able to do this without the remote.

Either way it's important to update the firmware on this TV, without the most recent update installed the TV breaks down fairly quickly.

Thank you for your reply. How do I go about programming the eeprom or flashing it. Is there any tuts I can follow please. And as for updating the TV it keeps failing hence the reason why I went into the service menu.

You need a programmer to read/save/erase the eeprom IC901(24C512) first. You can try to reset the tv set with SZW1201 that is not mounted.
