    Toshiba 50HP66 won't turn on

I have a Toshiba 50HP66 that won't turn on. When power is applied, the front led turns red, then about 3 seconds later a relay on the power board clicks and the led turns green. About 1 second after that the relay clicks again and the process repeats itself.

I've unplugged the YSUS and ZSUS boards from the power supply, but I get the same results. I don't see any obviously bulging caps. The fuses are good, and I don't find any shorts between vs and ground on either sus board.

Any thoughts on what I should look at next?

    Thanks!

With the mainbaord unplugged form the power supply does it turn on and give vs and va permanently?

    If not,

It might need to be jumped on by connecting vs-on to 5vstby and ps-on to gnd.

When I have everything unplugged from the power supply, it doesn't cycle constantly, just two clicks of the relay.

With everything unplugged, vs climbs to 1.39V and va starts around .8v and drops from there.

This is what the most interesting connector is labeled.
        ACD
        RL-ON
        S1-by5v
        Auto/Normal
        VS-ON
        5VD
        GND
        5vctrl

I'm trying to get some good pictures, but I'm not having much luck
