32 inch samsung with new tcon now got split screen

Hi, I was recently given a tv by a friend, the original fault was it wouldn't turn on and just flashed the red led on the front, I unplugged the tcon and the set fired up so i ordered a new tcon, When it arrived it had a different connector than the the original board so i used another cable i had lyin about to connect the tcon to the main board, Now the set works but has a slight offset split down the middle and another line down the right hand side, Its going to be used as a security monitor so it might be ok as it is but just asking here first incase its an easy fix via the service menu, Heres a video of the fault.

maybe the new cable you used had a different pin out so wiring is now wrong? can you get the correct tcon to use the origianal wire/lead.

I have neck pain after trying to watch that sideways video played horizontally... It is very hard to see what you mean... that pixel line is probably a panel fault, but luckily its on the edge so fairly minor, I can't see anything else?
