Samsung UN32EH4000FXZC - no audio with internal speaker

Hello, all. Ditched the 50" plasma I had gotten from someone last week (bad panel../sigh) and now have a 2012 32" Samsung UN32EH4000FXZC that I brought in to test out. Picture is great and it accepts video from all inputs with no issues, but all I get for audio is a 'clicking' noise from the lower right side of the TV. Doing a diagnosis self test for audio gives nothing, and I don't hear the harmony sound when the TV turns on/off.

I guess I can always attach some speakers to it (as it has a headphone 3.5" jack on the back, or go optical out to a soundbar or amplifier or something), but what's the most likely culprit - just blown speakers (they're tiny 10W ones, I think) or something else?

Worth tearing apart to fix? (Sometimes my wife just accuses me of ripping stuff apart just to tinker..)

Edit: Plugged in headphones to test the headphone jack...and the same clicking comes over it, so it looks like just an audio problem internal to the TV = I guess I could just use as video only thing (and pull out an amplifier/speakers from somewhere) instead.

    by silver60618
Im working on a 2023 Macbook Pro M3 A2991, that had a liquid spill, has no sound. Corrosion found near Speaker Audio Amp IC. Chip ID SN012776B0,
I did find a SN012776B0 on A2442 model, but the sub and replaced it, no go. Anyone know if these audio amp IC's are cross compatible between 2021-2023 models?...

Help troubleshooting an audio problem with an RCA SGT-250 CED Player
    by samson7point1@yahoo.com
The Problem: This player has a toggle switch to select between Stereo, Mono R, and Mono L. Regardless of the setting it outputs the sound to both the L&R audio jacks. In the Mono R position, the audio output level is normal (from both the L and R audio output jacks), in the Stereo position the audio output is about half the volume, and in Mono L, it's about 3/4 the volume. Something about putting it into Stereo mode is causing the volume to drop significantly and I can't figure it out.

The player processes the audio signal using two different reference frequencies. The "R"...

Yamaha 2064 No sound but Test audio working
    by hemant_2222
    Hello Guys,

    Greetings!

Hope you all are doing well.

I am looking for suggestion on Yamaha 2064. The problem with this receiver is that it has no sound however when the test tones are activated it does outputs from all the speakers. It is working in two channel stereo mode but when you select other sound modes, it doesn't. The last time it had a problem, I had replaced the DAC
    PCM1681DBQR - IC263 and it worked fine.

Other issue with it is one of the STK ICs is getting more heated then the other one but that can be looked at later.

How to test Subwoofer Amplifier with only a multimeter
    by jinu_j
    Hi Folks

Need some advice on how to test a subwoofer amplifier if i have access to only a multimeter.

    Problem
I have a Boston Acoustics active Subwoofer (soundware S). Its rated output is 200W. But the output i am getting is very low i can barely hear/feel it even if put the gain at max. I replaced all the capacitors in the Subwoofer amplifier but still no change.

Is there anyway to test this without getting an oscilloscope/Function generator to see if the fault is with amplifier, driver or the source??

    Any advice would be appreciated...
