Sylvania Plasma TV

I have a Sylvania Model 6842THGA Plasma tv that has alot of sparkles. the picture looks like alot of noise and fades in and out. I checked the voltage on VS and VA and found them both higher that stated on the sticker. I tried to adjust these but was unable to adjust them down any further to get the voltage correct.

Any other suggestions?
