Phillips 50PF7220A/37 in need of some help

    Hello,
Introduced myself the other day in the proper forum. I am attaching pictures of the way my screen looks. Also the chassis and model number.

It doesn't appear to me that I have any bad capacitors. All the tops feel flat.

In the thread that tom66 has on general repair he mentioned in many cases it may be a blown fuse on the z-sustain. I am not sure if my screen problem is the same one he posted?

I don't have any manuals for this tv but on what appears to be 3 main boards there is what I believe to be a fuse in each one. Metal ends with white body. Two of them have a blue stripe.

I am sorry I don't have digital multi meter to check them at the moment. Also need to get some canned air to clean dust that clings to various parts.

In any event, you guys seem awesome at helping and I am not in a rush so I will take the time to follow instructions and hopefully, with your help here, repair this great tv.

If it is the fuse? Where would I buy one? or two or three? Thanks in advance

Just an update: Talked to a tv repair tech. He said based on my screen image and the fact that I cannot get any of the TV menu's to work with my remote control that it is probably a logic control board issue. Gave me a link to order one for 19 bucks and I found my fuses on amazon for $2.50 for a 5 pack.

Below he put a yellow box around the image of the logic control board.

    Any help is appreciated.
