      Examine the Y-SUS, the test-points will be marked.

      The panel label will have the correct voltages marked on it.

        Voltages are printed
        N.A. / -Vy / Vsc / N.A. / Vzbias

        on panel sticker (marked e.g. PDP50G9###### LG Electronics)

            Pic of overall layout please so can see all boards and chassis. We will point the voltages out.

            Get a better focus pic from directly above so we can see better but in RED is VZBias.... Also check the caps in blue.. They should be upright and look as if they have been pushed down, they could be damaged (Ignore last if you have new board, Didn't read previous posts)

                          Basically as we keep having to ask for pics, We need a High resolution pictures... In good focus so we can see EVERYTHING on the board/stickers etc (Even the writing in the board like Cxxx, Dxxx etc) We need to be able to see the whole board and be able to zoom in and see everything.

                          Remember these pictures are our eyes and we sure wouldn't like to be repair techs who are blind

                              i'm having issues with taking pics of this card , its too big to get into one pic where you can see all the details of the card clearly so i've taken pics of sections of it

                              hope this helps

                                VSC = 149
                                VY = 177

                                  Well--At least those are within a volt or so.

                                  How's the V-ZBias measured back over on the Z-SUS?

                                      VZBias is wierd , im measuring across the resister red to + and black to -

                                      with the same setup on the multimeter i get 0.00 if i drop the voltage setting to 2 i get 0.14 and set at 20 it gives me 0.14

                                      the dial below it makes no visible difference to the result

                                      i thout it should be 110 ?

                                        It should be, and a low Vzb will cause exactly what you are seeing.

                                        How sure are you that you have been sold a new board?

                                        Did it come in original LG packaging? Usually marked "LG SVC PART". LG are one of the few companies that will sell their spares directly to private customers, so it is possible you do have a genuinely new board. I'm only asking, because we've seen companies mark boards as new if they're from damaged customer return/scrap sets (usually cracked.) But, who knows why that set was returned or scrapped in the first place?

                                          This is my multi meter setup i used to check the VSC and VY.

                                          at this setting measuring the vbiaz returns 0.00

                                          at 200 it returns 0.00
                                          at 20 it returns 0.01
                                          at 2 it returns 0.14
