Z - Europa
U - Asia
T - Midlle East, Africa
N - North America
A - Australia
S - South America

CA = China
TH = Thailand-India -Australia

May be it is for Firmware update which contains world's XYZ Regional Language support list.For on screen display.

Its odd as mine is a 60PA6500-TM and its Australian

The 60PA6500-UA main board is laid out completely different from the TM

which is why i was thinking last 2 digits might be feature set
