can you upload some clear pictures of the power supply and also where the connectors are on it and any writing by them so we can advise how to jump the psu to check voltages.

on this connector jump. Ps-on to ground.
          And vs-on to 5vstby.

Have everything disconnected from the powersupply and power on the TV.

Be VERY careful with the LVDS connection on the main board, they are NOT soldiered on very well and snap off easy if not careful.

This is a known common fault on these so if you good at flux pen and SMD soldiering I would recommend a reflow of those pins as the original solider on them is pretty crappy.

I've made all the connections. When I power the TV on, what am I checking for?

              Thanks.

Check all voltages, vs va. all pins that lead to main board etc.

If the powersupply continues to cycle with voltages rising and falling the board is faulty.

The powersupply stopped cycling, and there are no voltages rising and falling.
Therefore, the powersupply is not faulty.
What could be the issue in this case?

                  Thank you.

Are all voltages on the power supply present and matching the legends, and panel sticker?

Yes, The voltages are now present and match the panel sticker. Does this help? Again, thanks for your time.
