Samsung hpt5054

I have samsung hpt5054 it starts with black spot and it dissappears as it warms up have two tvs but only one set of working buffer boards and ymain.I can change them to other tv and it will do same thing.

I was thinking xmain but if the ymain transferred does it, not so sure. bad cap? 680uf tends to fail on these

Not sure if I read that right that he transferred a working ymain into a set with a working ymain ?? Agreed on xmain, try changing out the xmain.

I told him to check the x main as you guys suggested .He told me today that he also transfered the x main in the process of swaping tv parts from one tv to the other tv he accidently bent one of the pins of connector even thought it was connected the pin was not making contact.So it ended being bad connection on xmain.The tv is up and running.

Makes sense now, did not with the original info, it did look very xmain related.
