by PipolupsHi there !
I'm having an issue for several weeks with my quite old K70 LUX RGB keyboard. I haven't used it for few months, and once I setup up again my desktop computer, I got several dead LEDs on that keyboard. I tried the Corsair troubleshooting thing (disabling options in iCUE, ...) but nothing changed so I conclude that for some reason some LEDs went in retirement...😅
Decision taken to change these LEDs as I have access to desoldering iron and binocular magnifier, I wrote a ticket to tech support, hopping to obtain the LEDs reference and... They refused to tell me 🙄...10-08-2024, 11:58 AM -

by InstafixxHi,
Have a Macbook A2179 with liquid damage. Customer showed it some shop which has done an ultrasonic cleaning of the board.
The board pulls 0V but doesnt turn on. No Fan SPIN. NOT IN DFU.
I checked the Power Sequences below and found this -
Once a valid external power source (Charger or battery) is connected, the following rails will come online.
PPBUS_G3H: Normal voltage is ~12.6v on the charger with the battery disconnected. Produced from the ISL9240 (U7000, which uses PPDCIN_G3H as its VIN.
PP3v3_G3H_RTC: Normal voltage is ~3.3v. Produced... -
by ReparaPCI have received and HP Laptop for repair becuase of no power. Initially, i measured the 5V Rail on the board with a direct short to ground, i discovered that PU4451 was faulty and causing the short. I have now replaced the component and 5V are present as well as LEDs after pressing the power button. After a couple of seconds, LEDs go off and turn on again, being the board stuck on an infinite loop were it never fully powers. After some measurements with the board powered on, 1V_CPU_CORE is not present. The resistance to ground on the rail is 4Ohms, which i think is normal for a VCORE rail....

by Mikael01Hello everyone,
I have a Multi Ultra UB251 notebook that powers on (LEDs and fan spin) but shows no video, neither on the internal screen nor on an external monitor.
Board information:
- Motherboard model: GLK201F-C_MB_V01
- BIOS chip: GD25QU64A (1.8V)
- CPU: Intel Celeron (Gemini Lake)
What I have checked so far:
- All main voltages present: 3.3V, 5V, 1.8V, 1.05V.
- BIOS chip has 1.83V on VCC (normal for 1.8V SPI).
- RAM and display tested OK.
- No error codes on LEDs.
My suspicion:
- Corrupted...-
