Grundig ST 70-713/8 dolby

Here I have Grundig CRT TV, problem is that it wont turn on all the time there is some sound like "zzk", "zzk" and repeating in some time intervals. On the board at CRT are "TDA6106Q" and around one of them is pins like somebody was re soldering or so.

So all of the capacitors looks fine and board itself.

some suggestion?
Tested that soldering it is ok. When TV goes to "ON" state, it is some discharging i don't know HV cable from flyback moves a little bit , and TV repeating that

So i was replaced all the caps on power supply big filter one, and smaller ones. And then after powering up fuse blow off .. so i find cause of that is the MOSFET T60506 "IRFBC40" shorted out, not working. Is that common fault on CRT TVs ? Now waiting that part in my electronic store to buy it and replace.
