Samsung LN40B650 No Power

Hi,

I have a samsung LN40B650 that seems to be blowing fuse FM802S when it is plugged in.

According to my tests, I believe that QI820 and QI821 are at fault. They show nearly zero ohms with any gate source drain combination. They are mosfet FDPF7N50U (), I would like to know if it can be substituted with IRFBC40 (https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...ceecb21e43.pdf).

Seems the difference is in the built in body diode. One is stronger than the other and the TO220 package. Mouser replaces the old part with this: Manufacturer Part #:
FDPF8N50NZU
That's what I'd be jamming in there.

BD9893F, same as uesd in BN44-00264C.
