ilo lcdtv question with yutube video link

I have this Ilo lcd tv model lct32ha36 although supposedly a bottom feeder when it comes to lcd tv sets, I found the picture pretty good for the size. Then it started to get horizontal lines at the top of the screen, sound becomes distorted and then it shuts down. Sounds like a short somewhere but I need help looking. The service manual sucks as far as pinpointing so if anyone here can help I would appreciate it. Here's the link to video http://youtu.be/PDkcFEVdA4L its 4 minutes long because that's how long it takes before it starts the fault.

    Thanks for veiwing

Ok here are some pictures of the boards I am concerned with wondering if the caps circled in red could be the reason for the image and sound distortion and if the problem lies on the main board or the smps on the smps are the caps in red a reason for the problem

Since you already see bad caps on the main board, then you will have to at least replace them first.
You might as well get the list of the caps on the power supply board and change them as well too (except the main big filter cap on the primary side).
Make sure to use good quality LOW ESR/LOW Z type with 105C temperature rating.

thanks budm will pull all caps! what would cause a spike in voltage on the 12v line where it connects to the main board I have 12v on the smps side but measured on the main its running 80v and climbing is that a regulator problem, mosfets or something else
