LG plasma tv 50pc3d pinkish coloring, dark display

I'm pretty sure it's the X or y sus. But to be sure I'm posting this issues. I have removed the back and felt both boards heat sinks top ones are warm bottom heat sinks of both boards are cool. TV works, but poor color.

TV stopped powering on after a few days of my original post, I have recently bought a used z & y sus, and power supply board. the TV still will not power on, blinking green light turns red. What can I check to find the problem?

For now, you can just check between Vs and GND of each of the SUS boards... Use ohms mode to find a short, if one exists...

                Hello,
I am having Samsung PS51E550 Plasma TV. While the TV was working, a crackling sound heard & video went off with audio still ON. After switching it off & ON, the red LED on TV blinks six times & then off.
Opened TV cover & observed foll
                a) Green LED on the small PCB blinks at @5-6sec ON & off for 3-4 secs. Red LED on logic board ON
b)Vs & Va on power supply board raises momentarily to 209v & 58v resp & then drops.
                c) Cold test on Y-main board shows all 3 pins of FGPF4536 IGBT short to Grnd.
How to confirm Y -Buffer board...

                Panasonic plasma TX-P42ST50 - 6 blinks
                by jm1234
                Hi,
anyone able to provide the service manual for old plasma Panasonic TX-P42ST50E?
It turns off almost immediately (0~5 seconds after pressing the on/off button) and starts flashing the red diode 6 times.
I disconnected the left-hand side board (SC?, both the ribbon cable and the power cable to it) and also another ribbon going to bottom left board. Then the led signal is 8 flashes. According to service guide to another Panasonic plasma it would mean the left-hand side board is faulty. But I'm not sure it 100% applies to my model.
I checked that board for any obvious faults...

Hitachi 55HDS69 55" Plasma TV - No Picture But Sound
                by KYBOSH
Picked up a bahemoth plasma TV not too long ago and just now getting around to looking at it.
No picture but you hear the TV static (white noise) playing loud and clear.
The back was already taken off (and no screws were provided) as the previous owner had already taken a look.
But it seems they didn't get too far and just left it.

When I first took a look I was amazed at how pristine the inside looked.
Its as if the TV had been in a time capsule.
Caps looked like they were just pulled off the self.
Copper coils had no sign of corrosion on...

Schematic or datasheet for Plasma TV buffer chip
                by Yanleb
                Hi all,

I'm interested in understanding how a buffer board chip is working. I know there's about 90 outputs per chip to the plasma panel, but I'm more interested to know about the input pins. I guess that some of them are address pins, but I want to know more.

So far I've found nothing at all. I haven't found any datasheet about the various buffer chips, and I haven't found any schematic for the buffer board using them (Y Buffer Board in Samsung's terminology).

Any information will make me happy. It can be from any buffer chip or plasma TV manufacturer....
