strange turned it off for a bit to write original post then when i went back to it got this

im thinking its tab bonds as it seems to change with twisting

Bad panel, tab bonds.
May or may not be fixable. Fix is rarely permanent.

hum this is strange iv stripped it down and nothing changes when i press the tabs

if it was a tab bond issue then surly i must notice a change when i prod them ?

or is that just me and wishfull thinking

and none of the tab are getting hot all excatly the same good side and bad side ?

Apply gentle pressure to the IC on the tab, be very carful not to crack the IC in the ribbon.

Also this might be separation from the ribbon to the TFT glass its self, you can gently apply pressure were it connects with a toothpick.

checked cables and also swapped tried pressing tab ic's and all sorts at no point can i change the screen, it goes normal again for a time with just some ghosting on the very far edge then back to half the screen with wired colours

i really think its tabs but cant figure out why i cant effect the picture with pushing

also when i turn on the tv or change source the picture takes a while to spread to the edge of the screen, how do i upload a video to show you ?

This is a textbook case of a gate driver failure. (Panel.) The fading symptom is very common. If pressure does not change it (only light pressure should be necessary) I don't think it will be fixable.
