    samsung plasma problem.

HI I wonder if anybody could help with some advice please, I have a ps43f4500, when I plug the power in the screen flashes and then goes off, if I do get the tv on it stays one for around 30 seconds and goes off.
When that happens the power led gives an intermittent blinking.

When it stays on, is picture OK, without any lines or distortions?

No distortions at all, got as far as going in to the menu.
VOltages all test present and correct they go to the levels they should and then start to decrease.

OK, on the control board/logic board (in the middle of the TV usually above the stand) there is an LED. It should blink, when running about once every second. When it stops, does the blinking change? Does it stop blinking, or start blinking slowly?

Slow blinking indicates control board has detected a fault and has stopped the panel operation. Faults vary, Samsung don't indicate what triggers it (annoying to say the least.)

It would be ideal if you have two multimeters to check Vscan/Ve and Vs/Va independently - see if one cuts out before the others for example.

If you don't have two meters you can try heating/cooling things to see if you can get the problem to occur quicker, a hair dryer works well.
