          many keys are ON, this is not usual by samsung... search Youtube many people upload videos on all service menu.. and read the specification of yours set any future are on and it not listed at spec need to turn it off.. for example 360 audio its called too 3D audio.. how it come on at yours set... so carfully read and if some things you dont know ask beside always make photo before any change

                    The one moderator already said he's sick to death of it and is letting it up to the site owner, I think he can figure out who's the bad apple here. (hint: it's not Diah) who is a pro tech and willing to help without insulting the OP, which you are clearly NOT capable of. Proof is in the threads and you don't have to read very far to see it.

                      Good advice. Will do that. I'm afraid my self-controlled TV might have done its own changes. It's gone nuts now.

                                      well this series Q7R , at avsforum many owner faced Problem with Service menu, entry got blank when TV as factory reset.. and other the service menu turn on when some play with joystick to play movie, beside there are many firmware update, some was make the TV useless by using HDMI ARC, so questions for you.. did yours HDMI Port of source and the cable version 2.1 ?

                                          Here are the screenshots from the service menu. Please note, it says "MODE : FAILURE" in the heading. Not that I didn't know something is failing but it might give you some more guidance.
                                          Also, I forgot confirm I've done all the checks I could disconnecting all the ribbon cables looking for clues but all seems fine.
                                          I don't know about the HDMI 2.1 for the source and cable. The source is new/modern so, most likely.
