kdl-40nx723 red light 5 blinks

hi all picked this set up today
when I saw it on it was working but had a ghosting effect image or texts was doubled like a shadow

but since bringing home carefully and trying the power light is now blinking 5 times

any ideas
I did jam plug under door and it pulled a bit could this have doen it??
