Bad Panel ?

It's a D6000 series Samsung. I know these panels have a troubled history but the fault is curious in that it covers only a portion of the screen horizontally.

So, bad panel or something else ?

Sry for hijacking the thread, but i don't want to open new one just for this - any toughts on this one on the picture? Bad panel, a-board, voltages or something else? It is a Samsung plasma PS-50Q96HD.

Y-buffer ribbons not seated fully & Y-main Vsch voltage missing/low or buffer IC shorted. Panel probably OK.
