Panasonic Th-50PX75U. No picture, only sound

Hey guys,
I am new to this forum- looks like a great place!

I'm having trouble with my panny plasma.

1.) The sound on the device works most of the time, sometimes it make a static noise when you plug an input in.

2.) There is no picture, except for the menu and the sd card reader also works

3.) Sometimes there are weird lines going down the screen, but when you open the menu the blur is behind the menu if that makes sense.

Where should I start?

Attached is the troubleshooting guide, I would guess its the a board. You can confirm by following the guide to do test patterns
