Ok i ordered 5x AS15-F from China for 5USD, i'll wait them to arrive and i'll let you know, thank you very much for the help !
P.S : I contact the local tv technician and confirmed me that the AS15-F is highly defective

Depends on the price, i can get a used t-con from China for 37usd (less then 25euro), i'll check the price of the As15, just for curiosity.

I added an edit about one of the regulators.

AS15-F is known to be a problem chip - could you replace one if you had to or is it
going to be a new board?

VGMA - See top right of the tcon pictures there are 22 test points with
capacitors underneath som have the labels above otherlabels are to the left.
Just start at one end and list the voltage on each one
    Also datasheet for 50117

    You mean the IC ? It's a AS15-F , here is the datasheet https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...7296e32c12.pdf
I'll try to found more Info of the Regulators meanwhile.

Well those are bad - see this thread heard for bad and good.
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...est#post475353

Problem with yours is it may be down to the voltage regulators

What is part number on U21

    EDIT Found this:

So I reckon that means the 50117B-G should produce 1.8vdc

Ok got them, measured from Left to Right.
    The pins 1 until 10 have 0.38v the 11 has 0.50v, the 12 0.20v (suspicious) the 13 until 21 have 0.5v and the 22 has 0.097v (suspicious too).

The U902 writes "50117 B-G 72175" and the U903 writes "APR 738" although i can't find anything about it on google, strange.
Sorry but i don't understand very when the english electronic dictionary, what do you mean by "vgma readings" ?
    Thanks for helping mate

Doesnt sound right You still measure the stub - it gets its voltage from the pad
thogh 3.1 may be correct but as I asked I need the part number to confirm

The other one U903 seems to be off - looks like it gets pin1 voltage from the
U903 but pin 3 doesnt seem right if its measnt to be 3 its too low and if its meant to be 2.5 its a bit too high again need the part number.

What are the vgma readings on the 22 test points - should be between 20 and 0 vdc

Oh ok I'll try to use a external source (such a dvd player) to check the sound, i'll found the source with the r/c .Unfortunately mine isn't blown so we will keep searching. Tell me something, your panels had exact the same issue?
Only backlight and white led ?

ok got the measurments, the U902 has 0v on the left pin, the middle is on the air by default and the right one has 3.315v on it.
The U903 has 3.319v on the left pin, 0v on the middle and 2.841v on the right.

I checked the T-Con yesterday but i found only one fuse that unfortunately wasn't blown and had 11.77v on both sides.
Are you sure the T420HW01 V2 T-Con has two fuses ? I made a red circle on the one that i found, please point me the other one.

I recently fixed one of these, as well as the Magnavox model with the same issue and T-con as yours. Check the fuse on the T-con board for continuity (the small blue board). Both of mine were blown.
