sony tv image scrolling

I have a sony tv the image is scrolling across the screen from top to bottom. I suspect that it is the Tcon Board. am i wrong in this assumption ?

Photos my friend you will need to take the back off and snap photos of the insides of your panel! , Also make/model will help too!

The Model number KDL-32L504, i will take a image of the backs when i get home, but i didn't see any obvious when i looked. I also replaced the main with another one i have laying around and same issue.

My guess would be bad tab bond or panel failure.

i thought the same thing bout i couldn't get the panel to react differently by pushing on tabs. i guess i would just put this on hold till last, since i have plenty of other panels to fix.
