Does that mean its the T-Con or the Main?

To me, it looks more like a main board fault than the T-con, but it is hard to be sure.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Is there any way to be sure? short of buying one of them, lol.. My luck would be I buy one and its the other
If I can get the picture working Im also going to do the power supply caps as 2 look a bit puffy. The PS caps wouldnt cause the above pic would they?
btw: the lines are not stationary, they kinda move like staticComment
