Samsung P59D6500 strange moisture behind X and Y-sust boards

I just removed my X and Y-Main boards and there is some liquid stuff all over the back of the boards, foam pads and tv frame, it looks like a liquid lubricant is this normal?

Is it normal?? hard to say... but its coming from those grey pads, I've seen it before. I believe it is a kind of silicone applied at the factory or is leaching out of them and should not pose a problem.

Yeah, it looks like its coming from those pads, there is a more of it in areas where the boards have left deeper impressions. In a few places its running down the frame. I bet it's from the heat but I would like someone to verify it won't short anything out before I put new boards on it.

afaik it's not conductive.
it's some type of thermal compound, but i'v never seen pads lose enough for it to actually run!

I've seen it before, not sure of exact cause but figure it's some kind of sublimation of the adhesive. Nothing to worry about, the back of those boards do get quite hot.
