Use Paint and Resize. Then resize by pixel, to about 2000 the higher number.
I use Microsoft Office, to edit the picture.(Open with ..)

Not sure this is much help but I will outline what I am seeing on my LN32C540F2d unit. I have changed the power supply without success. The power supply board was used so it is possible that the second unit was bad. The caps all look good. I changed the video board; this did not fix the problem. If I leave the TV on for a while, the CCFL lights will finally come on and generally stay on (occasional flicker). If I check the BLU_ON voltage, it is 0V when working, 1.8V when not working at 0.8V when flickering. I have ordered a used backlight inverter as the next test.

Is there a possible way I can "jump" my tv to see if it turns on with the PS_ON wire?? I don't want to buy a main board if I don't know it's the issue.
