    KDL-40NX713 LED blinks 4 times

    Hi,

    I would really appreciate any help to find out fault with this TV.
    I bought main av board form very similar TV 40NX711 and it did power up, but after half an hour it shuts down and again led blinks 4 times.
    Many thanks in advance

      I have a KDL-40NX711 (4 blinks is the balancer)

      See my similar thread about 6 blinks due to a burnt out LED.

      I now have 2 working LED Driver Boards, let me know if that is your issue.

          Unfortunately I don't know how to verify whether it is faulty LED driver or one of the LED in the backlight.

              if you swap the driver board and it still has issues that should solve it.

              I can send you one of my extra driver boards. I paid $10usd. I am in London on July 10th and could post it from there.

                  Hello,

                  I have a Samsung DM32D display.
                  When I try to power it on, the red LED blinks 5 times and nothing happens—the unit won’t start.

                  Here’s what I have tried so far:
                  1. Disconnected the cable between the mainboard and the power supply → the backlight turns on.
                  2. Disconnected the main T-CON ribbon cable → same issue as before, the LED still blinks 5 times.
                  3. Disconnected one of the two T-CON ribbons to the panel (tested each one separately) → same issue, the LED blinks 5 times.

                  From these tests, I suspect the problem might be on the mainboard. Could anyone...

                  Hi,
                  I'm working on a HP Victus that is not turning on. When power button pressed it only blinks 3 times with charging led. I have checked input mosfets and they are fine. Also all coils are fine too. Battery was empty but I charged it with my lab PSU and laptop started on batery but is not charging. When battery is disconected and only PSU connected it takes 0 current and not starting. What can be the reason?

                  Hi to all,
                  the owner of this machine gave it to me after having opened it to take off the dust from the inside, telling me that after that it didn't start anymore.
                  I found that one of the DrMOS (AOZ5016QI) on the CPUCORE was shorted between VIN and VSWH, and that one of the two n-mos connected to the power jack was shorted aswell.
                  I unsoldered the two shorted components and verified that there were no other short circuits, then decided to power the mainboard, firstly with the lab power supply, then with its original HP 200w charger, but the behaviour is the same, the board starts...

                  My Samsung UE75TU7020k lights up fine when one of the ribbon cables are disconnected from the main board, lights stay on but not getting half a picture, I do the same with the other ribbon and put the other one in and lights stay on but not getting half a picture. The standby light flashes 2 times then reboots then it then tries to come back on again and just keeps looping until I take either one of the ribbon tables out (doesn’t matter which one I take out it stays lit when either one is out). I’ve tested the backlights but all working with none shorting out, I’ve replaced the main board...

                  Samsung UN70NU6900FXZA - Red Light Blinks 2 Times Then Screen Flickers

                  I've happened upon this TV, it came with no power cord or remote and it seems to be experiencing a common issue where the red indicator light blinks 2 times then the screen flickers as if it's trying to turn on. No picture, no sound. I suspect the functions of the TV are in good order and that the underlying issue is with the power button which is missing. It's just a white tab where the button should be which means I can't cycle it.

                  I wanted to know if there is anything I can do or if I should just get a replacement module with the hopes it will fix the system. Alternatively if...
