Samsung 32" LCD flickering and double images

Model # is LN32C450E1DXZA. Please see attached...(sorry it is not the best quality). Cuts on fine but top 3/4 of the screen appears to be scrolling and flickering. Any ideas where to start here?

Please see attached picture of TV with cover off. Only board here resembling a TCON is actually a thin one at the base of the unit. This board has factory tabs to the panel itself and i cannot change.

check your voltages from the power supply to the main board.

Under the large heatsink on the main board is a chip that might be the culprit especially if it is a bga chip

Tested all voltages fine. 12v, 24V and 5V supplies good. On the pic, the TCON board cant be seen but it is underneath the panel base. This part is not replaceable no? It has factory tabs connected to the LCD itself.

Also this issue with the scrolling and double images comes up right away as soon as the TV is turned on. No warm up needed.

Likely cause is bad panel, small chance of LVDS interface problem or main board fault.
No T-con in this set, it's built into the panel.

hi please check voff on t-con board(board at the bottom of LCD) voff is -19 v if not present replaced max17XXX

this link is not exactly your board, but it should fit
If you look at the picture you will see the type chip that is under your largest heatsink.
this is a good place to suspect issues

Thanks guys. I will check on the board replacement. I will check the voff voltage and post back
